Firstly , im ultra super duper uber flipper TIRED !..
but because BK said that why not go through what we've learnt first .
& thats also what im planning to do [:
so .. heres a brief { so called brief } "story" of what i did in X29 ! {cheers}
okay .. so .. for the first day .. AHH . it rained ! ]:
but still ! we had FUN ! [: we had GAMES when we reached SSS [:
it was Captain's Ball & Street Hockey [:
& i threw a ball that nearly hit the Games Com ppl [: one of them lurhs .
erm . basically central CHEERED our lungs out . Lols .
my throat is currently .. GONE CASE lerh . hurhurs . but it's okay ~
it's ALL WORTH IT [: but CENTRAL ! next camp , we cheer LOUDER !
amen ? [: so .. JC District won the games but it's okay right ? [:
HIP HIP HOORAY FOR CENTRAL [:
so after that .. we had our .. OPENING CEREMONY ! & Praise&Worship [:
then a teaching { i'll share EVERYTHING i learnt later [: }
so .. i dont really remember much about the first day leh .. haha ..
so moving on [: 10th Dec [: i woke up at 0650 to do quiet time !! [:
BREAKTHROUGH !~ woooo ! hurhurs . camp is a time of growth [:
so .. the activities were WORKSHOP & mine was on stewardship [:
basically MONEY & TIME . my instructors were ;
DAVID HOE & RA-PH-A-EL .. Lols [: they were great teachers [:
but showers of blessing .. hmm .. so to say , IM VERY BLESSED . haha !
that day's teaching was taught none other by one of my most respected leader/pastor ;
PASTOR JEFF ~ [:
whenever he teaches , i never fail to be convicted , touched & also motivated !
he's someone i really admire ! he really has given his life to grow God's kingdom .
so .. a background first ..
previously during service , many ppl responded to the calling to being a CL [:
this time , Ps Jeff challenged us again .
he said ; people who wanna be a CL by first quarter of o8 , step forward .
& many many people responded [: i was among them [:
& it's true , hardships WILL come , it's NOT going to be EASY PEASY .
but i've wanted to be a CL since i first came .
i've wanted to lead a strong & biblical group for Jesus !
i've wanted to be given the opportunity to step out [:
& i clearly know this .
the previous time i responded , my heart wasnt FULL into it .
i wasnt ready nor was i really giving my best .
so duh , no quality - CMI .
but this time . i know that i know that i know that im ready .
i know that i'll commit my whole life to serve God .
to build His Kingdom .
it's definitely worth it !
God renewed my faith , along with a extra dosage of it [:
He increased my reliance , my trust , my love .
basically it's what i expected from this camp .
a infinity times leap of growth .
& .. true to God's Word .
i dared to ask . He gave [:
how much you expect is how much you'll receive .
i expected more than i ever thought i would expect .
& God didnt shortchange me , praise God [:
so .. after responding to wanting to become a CL .
Daniel wanted to meet us [: & one to one tht kind barh .
so .. i was supposed to meet him at .. 0600 the next morning .
guess what , Daniel didnt wake up ! [: & he missed 3 other ppl [:
but one of the 3 was also asleep lurhs . { RIGHT SHINGYANG ! x.x }
haha . Daniel called me at o74o .. & he apologized .
DANIEL IT'S OKAY ~ whats more you had things to do at night [:
in the end , he still met me . & whats more .
my waiting wasnt in vain .. hohohos .. God is good , amen ? [:
talking with Daniel about what would stop me from becoming a CL
was very fruitful .
i have problems to . & currently only one will hinder me ..
not eggxactly hinder .. err .. MIGHT hinder [: small chance .
but still , i needed to shine light in this area of darkness .
because if i didnt do anything about it , it would keep growing like cancerous cells .
Zyann knows bout it , Daniel knows , Brandon knows .
this proves something here right now ,
i've grown in my accountability . A L O T .
so . the three of these leaders told me things that gave me faith .
encouraged me that i would be able to overcome .
said that it wasnt wrong .
& many many other things .
also Daniel prayed for me [: & God spoke to me directly through him [:
with the word Daniel prophesied . wanna know ? haha .. shh ! Lol .
kay lah .. it's Remember .
im thankful that God remembers [:
all the things , be it little & small or big & huge we've done for His Kingdom .
hehes .. so .. the meeting with Daniel gave me greater understanding ..
about what im going through now & what is going on & stuffs [:
so .. Ps Simon Eng preached on the third day !
i was kinda very tired , cold , "sehhh" & stuffs ..
so my concentration was abit dehydrated but nevertheless .
Ps Simon Eng & his powerful words impacted me [:

the two hosts were FUNNEH ~ Jasmine & Jon Tay .
all the district performances were AWESOME .

Touching Youths , Changing Lives ; this was something tht really touched me [:
thank God for their hardwork & effort [[:

lemme share this .
i told God this before camp ;
during camp praise , i'll praise You like i never praised before .
i'll dance , i'll spin , i'll jump , i'll sing , i'll shout , i'll run , i'll praise you with everything .
& guess what ? i expected that i would .
but i never thought i would have the courage to .
because sometimes it's just .. awkward or something lah .. for a introvert like me ..
so .. basically it is hard for me to dance my heart out [:
but guess what guess what .
I SPUN , I DID THE CHU CHU TRAIN , I WENT ON STAGE ..
because the chu chu train leader smart .. go on stage .. lols .
I DANCED . I SHOUTED . & heres something i've never experienced .
i smiled .. no seriously , a genuine huge all teethy smile .
i never ever smiled like that before ! the joy of praising God ..
gave me true peace , true joy , something i've never experienced .
but i fell :x
during Therefore Being Justified
during the part where you either tekan ppl or tickle ppl ..
since no more taupok-ing in camp ..
all that happened was tickling ..
LIYAN CHASED ME . & the floor was wet & i fell .
SO PAISEH & SO PAIN OKAY !.. not funny hor ..
dont tou xiao .. NOT FUNNY .
but i just stood up & continued praising God [:
it was like the world didnt exist , no one existed ..
nothing existed except , me , God & the music .
so i jumped my highest , i spun til' i couldnt stand straight .
i practically ran like i never ran before ..
& we had ENCORE .. woo ! TAKE IT ALL ! hohos .
we also had BALLOONS . & tht ultra BIG one . haha .
so after Rezuhnuhns . since it was the 3rd Night .
culture was that no one slept [:
i mean you CAN but usually most ppl didnt ..
so in the morning in the hall we saw lotsa DEAD FISHES :x
but some ppl looked ALIVE .. haha ..
i didnt sleep til' about 5am .. i was so tired i woke up late :x
but .. yeap .. though i woke up with a ruined throat ..
im happy i was able to praise God this morning [:
so thats about what we did i guess ..
ohyah .. 3rd day had WAR GAMES . JC won too .. x.x
i bombed one of the Games Com ppl again :x shh . haha .
it's okay .. but the cheer was NICE .
Central , North , West & NS had combined to form a team for LEADERS MATCH .
so the cheer went like ..
Go North ~ Go West ~ Central ~ NS !
nice right ! Lols [: & Christ Ambassadors [ CA ] had dinner cheer .

First teaching is .. Reasons for living a normal christian life ..
heres what i learnt ;D { actually i learn so much i dont know how to share }
i just finished my quiet time .. lols .. i relaly dont know how to start ..

i've grown alot this camp & learnt alot [:
okay .. so basically whats a christian ? Christ Follower .
to lead a normal christian life .. he has to deny himself , take up his cross .
& follow God .
& another thing would be ..
what IS the world ? [:
anything that cools down my love for Christ .. is th world { John Wesley }
what is the world to YOU ? what bugs you ?
if letting go of the "world" is difficult , then watch it .
it might take God's throne's place in your heart .
we have to not only let God be IN our lives but in the CENTER of our lives .
God has to be our absolute center , the absolute desire , obsession . our EVERYTHING .
& even if by any chance . we become KING OF THE WORLD .
so what ? without His purpose in our lives , its not worth all the riches of this world .
value choosing the right stuff [:
& even if we have the WHOLE WORLD in our hands .
when we leave this corrupted Earth .
it ALL goes back in th box .
we cant bring our discs , our phone , our hello kitty or whatever to the next life .
& sometimes we make stupid moves .
decisions that'll make us lose things .. but its fine [:
because if we lose money , earn it back ! reputation ? build it up !
but time .. we cant waste our time .. be WISE . because time .
can never ever ever be regained . got it ?! Lols .
whats gone IS gone .
in soccer , every minute counts . in bball , every second counts .
in running , ever nanosecond counts .
in life ? every MOMENT counts . live your lives RIGHT .
& how we live our lives on earth is determines our reward in heaven .
He loves equally but rewards & praises accordingly .
Only One Life & Soon It Will Pass , Only Whats Done For Christ Will Last .earthly possesions wont last forever .
Expectancy & Reliance .
Expect that God will move !
& when you expect , you will naturally PREPARE , right ? [:
also RELY on God every lil' moment of our lives .
it makes a hugely large difference !
& the Word Of God should & must be the final referee of our lives .
Why we do what we do .
& His Word WILL come to pass !~ WILL WILL WILL WILL !
this is a area im growing in .
that the WOG will be the referee of my life .
that God'll be in the center of everything i do .
that it'll be WHY i do WHAT i do .
& something that i believe alot of people learnt alot from .
God's omnipotence , omniscience , omnipresence .
Omnipotence ; All Powerful .
EVERY problem we have . He has a solution .
with Him , we can overcome everything .
He WILL anoint us to serve Him . He always always has a solution .
Have a heart to believe ! [:
we serve a RICH GREAT God . amen ?! [:
Omniscience ; All Knowing .
no about science but about everything [:
WE CAN ASK GOD FOR WISDOM !!!
Lols . He knows EVERYTHING .
He can identify with your every situation & struggle !
Onmipresence ; It speaks for itself .
God promised His presence in fear .
All the great people of the bible had one common thing ; God was with them .
He is always holdin our hand , never lettin' us go .
& gee oh dee is LOOOOOVE .

GoD THINKS THE WORLD OF YOU ! His love isnt only passive but ACTIVE .

& God only gives us GOOD things .
things that'll benefit us . things that we need .
He gives difficult times & tests to mould us & make us .
blessings are GOOD but useless .
tests are not good but useFUL .
God tests you becase He kan de qi ni !
so be HAPPY when God tests you .

we CAN overcome everything & anything .
WE ARE MORE THAN CONQUERERS !
& about victory .
God expects His people to be VICTORIOUS !
we had victory when Jesus ressurected .
now we're just running after that crown of glory that'll last FOREVER .
victory is a MUST HAVE thing . He expects us to grow .
to be more & more like Jesus .
Jesus was victorious right ? [:
& to lead people , to be a leader , to be in DMM .
we have to be QUALIFIED . we have to have QUALITY .
not only good skill but good CHARACTER .
a spiritual & BIBLICAL CHARACTER .
we wanna be blameless - not perfect but above reproach - credible .
wanna learn leadership ?
learn from the best example ever . Jesus .
we wanna be strong&biblical people of God amen ? [:
so this is the main points of what i've learnt .

i learnt another impt thing .
perseverance .
i didnt put that in my mind before .
i just thought of it as a stupid school conduct shitty thing .
but actually .
perseverance is impt ! & biblical [:
persevere through all problems . struggles .
& surely we will overcome them .
God is STRICT but patient .. amen ?
He is willing to wait .
